What You'll Learn
This series focuses on the biomechanics of softball pitching, general concepts of program design to improve spin and velocity, individualization strategies based on pitcher assessment and constraint response, and strategies to maximize power.
Cost
Free to watch live. Recordings will be available, also free, for one week on our website (www.s2breakthrough.com). After one week, videos will be available via Stream S2.
