What You'll Learn

This series focuses on the biomechanics of softball pitching, general concepts of program design to improve spin and velocity, individualization strategies based on pitcher assessment and constraint response, and strategies to maximize power.



Cost

Free to watch live. Recordings will be available, also free, for one week on our website (www.s2breakthrough.com). After one week, videos will be available via Stream S2.

    • Connect assessment to pitcher capacity

    • Utilize plyos/weighted balls to improve velocity and trunk-arm timing

    • Recognize the importance of appropriate strength training and conditioning for long-term pitcher development

    • Understand how to maximize a pitcher’s arsenal to its full potential

    • Implement drills to improve power production
